COP31 takes place at Antalya EXPO Center from 9 to 20 November 2026. If your itinerary includes Istanbul, plan your Istanbul Airport (IST) or Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW) transfer separately from your flight to Antalya. The conference venue is in Antalya, not Istanbul.
For an Istanbul hotel stop, share your airline, arrival airport, flight number, landing time and hotel address when requesting a transfer. Check whether your onward flight departs from the same airport: IST and SAW are different airports and transfers between them require extra time.
Allow for baggage collection, traffic and airline check-in deadlines. Compare your alternatives and ask for a written quote based on the vehicle, passengers, luggage and pickup time. Flight tickets and conference accreditation are separate from a ground transfer.
